The recipes that I have been posting on social media for years now. These recipes will be with health, mental health and sensory health in mind. These are all my own recipes and all are with easy access ingredients without much prep involved. I won’t go into method due to the fact that I don’t follow recipes to the letter and methods are each to their own. There are no rules just recommendations and those who want you to follow things to the letter, well they are close-minded, sheep who just think that tell someone like me or you what to do and how to do it, is just how life works and it doesn’t work that way at least not for me.
I am a free-spirited individual who thinks for myself. I class cooking as an art and as a qualified chef with certs in culinary arts, I have spent nearly twenty years researching the health benefits to help me with my Sensory Processing Disorder, Bi-Polar and Depression. Food is one of those things that can help with all of those things as well as keeping a healthy diet to keep weight under control. The process of cooking can help a lot when it comes to keeping your mind fixed, focused and healthy with multiple ways in which to keep it active and loaded connectivity to the external world and not internalised bullshit that most people with some sort of autism suffer.
